MIZUNO REFUND POLICY
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized/personalized products
- Footwear with visible wear
- Clearance/final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”)
2. How to Return
- Initiate your return at mizuno-us.com/returns
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Attach the prepaid return label (U.S. orders only)
- Drop off at any UPS location
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect returns
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
4. Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order at mizuno-us.com
5. Defective Products
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive:
- Incorrect items
- Manufacturing defects
Provide order # and photos via our Support Form
6. International Returns
- Customer pays return shipping + customs fees
- Refunds processed in USD
7. Store Purchases
Items bought at retail stores must be returned to the original store.
